Welcome to Orchard Physical Therapy + Coaching

If you've tried physical therapy and left feeling disappointed (or dismissed) you're not alone, and you're in the right place.

Maybe your sessions felt rushed. Maybe the care felt cookie-cutter. Maybe you're starting to wonder if something is just fundamentally wrong with you or your body.

It isn't.

At Orchard Physical Therapy + Coaching, I work with the whole person: your body, your nervous system, your history, and your goals. That's what compassionate, trauma-informed, holistic physical therapy looks like. And it's exactly what you deserve.

Physical Therapy

If this sounds like you...

  • You're tired of the cookie-cutter care and ready for something that actually meets you where you are.

  • You're curious about the connection between your nervous system, your movement patterns, and your pain, and are open to exploring what that means for your healing.

  • You want to be an active participant in your recovery and shaping your treatment plan.

  • You have things that matter to you like hiking, running, gardening, or keeping up with your kids and you want a provider who understands getting back to them is the real measure of success.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I'd love to work with you!

Hi there! I’m Bre Crawford, doctor of physical therapy and certified life coach.

I became a physical therapist because I loved the idea of working with people one-on-one and helping them reach their goals. What I didn't expect was how much my patients would teach me.

At the end of most days, I tell my husband: I get to work with the best people.

What lights me up is the collaboration: working through challenges, experimenting, and figuring out the path forward…together.

If that sounds like the kind of care you've been looking for, I'd be honored to work together.

  • What People are Saying...

Bre is one of the best PTs I've worked with!

She truly has a unique approach to therapy which starts with putting her patient in the driver seat of the recovery process - she starts every session by asking, "what do you want to get out of today's session?"

Bre is an incredible listener, a skilled PT, and has so much knowledge about body systems, somatics, and holistic wellness.

I've recovered faster, with more confidence, and actual lasting results under her care.

Plus, she works out of a private clinic and you get her full attention for a full hour - unheard of care in a system characterized by rushed (often impersonal) 15 minute appointments!

    1000% recommend.

  • What People are Saying...

As a physical therapist myself, I’m pretty particular about who I trust with my own care—and Bre is exceptional. Her manual therapy skills are incredibly precise and effective, and she has a holistic approach that goes beyond just treating the symptoms. She took the time to really understand my body, listened deeply, and provided exercises that were thoughtful, personalized, and actually helpful.

What stands out most is her ability to integrate clinical skill with genuine connection. She made me feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process. If you're looking for high-quality physical therapy in Bend, Bre is truly one of the best.

  • What People are Saying...

Bre is on my "favorites" call list.

She is my go-to when a pain creeps up and doesn't subside.

I have a new outlook on pain/injuries now, thanks to Bre. I used to think "Omg, this is going to be bad. Whatever this injury is, it will take me out of my workouts for months!"

She taught me more about self talk and about disastrous thinking. Now, when I have pain I think to myself this could be something minor. (This is huge for me!)

Run, don't walk. Or, just get there if running isn't an option. :)
