Hi there!

I’m Bre Crawford (she/her) & I’m a recovering overthinker.

I spent so much of my life disconnected from my intuition (for a whole host of reasons!) and lived almost exclusively in my head.

What that led to was me looking to everyone else but myself for what I should or shouldn’t be doing. I would get stuck in loops of self-doubt - unable to move forward and also afraid to not take action.

It was exhausting.

As I became more connected to my body - to physical sensations and emotions - I started connecting more to the ways my intuition shows up. That connection led to more self-trust and confidence in my self and my decisions.

So, this meditation my gift to you - to help you practice the pause, to check in, to notice what sensations, images, &/or sounds are present so you can make decisions with far more confidence…and a whole lot less exhaustion.
