I’ve been a Doctor of Physical Therapy for over 15 years and a Certified Wholehearted Life Coach since 2023.
Not that long ago, I was in the same place as you.
I felt broken and uncertain about what I wanted in life. I kept finding myself in the comparison trap, looping in self-doubt, and telling myself I was failing in life + business.
But, the universe always knows what I need and when I need it and I found coaches who helped me…

The Deets
3 months | 9 sessions | 1-to-1
We meet online 3x/month (usually the first 3 weeks of the month) for 3 months.
The first session is 75 min so we have time to get clear on your dreams and desires.
Each session following is 60-min in length.
You have access to me via email or text Monday-Friday* to share any celebrations, for spot coaching, or to make a request for our next coaching session.
*I do my best to respond within 24 hours

Connection Call
We’ll start with this free, no-obligation call so we can get to know each other and get a sense of what you’re looking for support with. You’ll gain some insights + clarity and we can talk about what working together would be like.
At the end of the call, you will not need to make a decision and I encourage you to take time to consider your yes, no, or not right now.

Discovery Session
Our first “official” call together! We’ll explore your goals and dreams for our time together - what you’d like to create, how you’d like to feel, what support systems you have or you might need on this journey, what challenges might come up - and we’ll clarify what will make our coaching relationship successful.

Continuing the Journey
We’ll open with a check-in - a recap from the time between sessions, a celebration, a grounding practice, or some combination of those.
We’ll explore what’s on your heart + mind, clarify your deep desires, identify the possibilities, navigate challenges that arise - all while welcoming all parts of you.
We’ll close the space by clarifying the next step on your journey (if that feels right) and naming any important take-aways.
Tiered Pricing
$1200 - $1500 - $1800
Community Rate (supported by your peers)
You hold marginalized identities, are experiencing financial hardship, or stress about meeting your basic needs
Investing at this level allows you to be supported by your community
Sustainer Rate (covers your enrollment)
You have access to steady income and are able to meet you basic needs
Investing at this level may mean you need to cut back on some discretionary spending in the short-term, but it will not harm you in the long term
Supporter Rate (covers your enrollment + supports your peers)
You are relatively financially stable and have economic privilege and power in your community
Investing at this level allows you to pay-it-forward by supporting your peers

I invite you to reflect on where you find yourself positioned and what you can contribute (please consider a payment plan). If you find yourself positioned at the Sustainer or Supporter Rate, your contributions support the ability to offer a lower rate to community members who hold marginalized identities and/or are experiencing financial difficulties.

Life Coaching, to me, is about empowering you to tap into your own inner wisdom to create more clarity, presence, and self-trust. Together, we co-create a space for you to slow down and uncover your steps to move from where you are now too where you want to be.
The space we create is non-judgmental, curiosity-filled, and empowering. My superpower as a coach is deep listening, so you’ll have space to be heard and I’ll reflect back to you what you already know to be true (but maybe haven’t been able to hear from yourself)!
You’ll have a space in which you can get clear on your vision or dream, discover what you want and how you want to feel, and decide on the next right step.
Coaching often involves questioning your thoughts in a way that allows you to decide if they’re serving you, helping you get “unstuck,” and providing accountability to take action to work toward your dreams.
Life Coaching is NOT…
Therapy
I am not a mental health provider and am not qualified to help with processing big trauma.
Mentoring or Consulting
The focus in coaching is not on teaching, advising, or strategy.
There may be times in which I’ll offer my own experiences as a story that helps you with perspective if you’ve agreed to my sharing that experience or I may offer a tool or practice that I find to be particularly helpful for supporting what you’re processing through.
Friendship
A coaching relationship should promote the building of rapport AND I will still hold a space of non-judgment and accountability for you.
Venting Sessions
Sometimes verbal processing or sitting in an emotion needs to happen and will if that’s what you need for that session.
If that’s not supportive, however, I can help you explore what you want and how you want to proceed as you process whatever it is you brought to the session.
Cheerleading
I’ll challenge you to grow AND will affirm your strengths/decisions as a way to help you see all the ways in which you have created your success.

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually.

Have a good internet connection.
Block 60-minutes for your session.
Be in a non-distracted environment.
Come with an idea of what you’d like to focus on for the session.
Be ready and willing to be coached!

You will have the autonomy to decide what your next step is.
I won’t “assign” you homework to work on between sessions, though I can help you get clear on what you’d like to commit to if that’s supportive.

This call will allow us to get to know each other, give you some insights and a feeling of what it’s like to work with me, and give me an idea of what you’re looking for.
We'll chat about what has you wanting to have a conversation with me, what you want to get out of working together, what you've tried before, and what you want your life to look and feel like.
We'll talk about a plan and how our work might impact you and those in your life.
At the end of the session, you do not need to make a decision. I'll encourage you to take your time as you consider your “yes,” “no,” or “not right now.”
