What I believe deeply is that you deserve to be connected to your body and to be to flow in and out of postures that feel best for YOU.

So, use this practice as the permission you may (or may not) need to experiment, flow, and play until you settle on something that feels best for you…even (especially!) if it looks different that what you’ve been told is the “perfect” posture.
